​ The initiative comes from the company MatosCar, an automotive group present in the Portuguese cities of Guarda, Fundão, Castelo Branco, Portalegre, Évora and Beja. Official representatives of 24 brands.

​The  Arts and Entertainment Center (CAE) was opened in 2002. Large cultural structure (2 200 and 800 seat auditoriums - outdoor amphitheater, foyer, breakout rooms, studios, 4 exhibition halls) was thought of as a centrality with European Community funds and its programming tends to go through major national and international shows and this structure is also linked to other programming centers and events, in an anchor logic that disperses without losing continuity.

​Traum Tafel mit Liba W. Stambollion und Otto Rapp

Zu Wuppertals sozio-kulturellem Event "Langer Tisch",
​wird auch das Nautilus Studio einen besonderen Tisch aufdecken.
Die Traum Tafel!
Mit Pariser Malerin und Möbeldesignerin Liba Waring Stambollion und dem Wiener Maler und Zeichner Otto Rapp werden gemeinsam eine Serie ihrer Werke im Nautilus ausgestellt.
Teils visionär und akribisch, teils surreal und träumerisch, vermischen sich die wunderbaren Arbeiten beider Künstler zu einem Traum Werk! 
Liba und Otto werden speziell für diesen Event anwesend sein.
Ausserdem dabei, in live Airbrush Aktion ist Airbrush Artist Chris Lüning, der unseren Street Appeal mit einer Unterwasserwelt aufpimpen wird!  
Auch von einigen anderen Gast Künstlern ( regional und international) werden Drucke, Kunst-Schmuck und Kunsthandwerk ausgestellt.
Und auch die Libronauten haben wieder spannendes aus der Literatur Schatzkiste aufzutischen!

I am currently working on a large drawing, called EROS THANATOS II.
The sheet is 120 cm x 100 cm - larger than any other I've done before.

For some time now I've been asked to write a little something about this work by the collector who owns it. I finally did take the time and wound up writing something just short of my life story. I composed it on Google documents and downloaded it as pdf, which I then uploaded to Issuu.

The question remains: What does it all mean? 
While I had set out to make this a tribute to the Vienna School, the subtitle Snakes and Ladders also alludes to the Game of Life, as in the words of Salman Rushdie (Midnight’s Children):
All games have morals; and the game of Snakes and Ladders captures, as no other activity can hope to do, the eternal truth that for every ladder you hope to climb, a snake is waiting just around the corner, and for every snake a ladder will compensate. But it's more than that; no mere carrot-and-stick affair; because implicit in the game is unchanging twoness of things, the duality of up against down, good against evil; the solid rationality of ladders balances the occult sinuosities of the serpent; in the opposition of staircase and cobra we can see, metaphorically, all conceivable oppositions, Alpha against Omega, father against mother.
