After some time of low activity I am pleased that some work of mine had been chosen for a show in Seattle. This was announced by my friend Don Farrell who had on previous occasions placed works of mine that he is taking care of in shows in the Seattle area.

​The Society for Art of Imagination invites you to a Virtual Exhibition, Portals. AOI is a long standing organization that supports Visionary artists and their work. This art may be called by many names – Fantastic Realism, Surrealism, Magic Realism, Visionary Art, Cosmic Art and Inspirational Art, however the work is neither purely abstract nor rigidly realistic. Members of the Society work independently of one another in various countries yet their work shows a consistent ethos.

I am honored to have one of my major drawings selected to be part of this large First Biennale of Fantastic Art in Serbia, (as one of two foreign guest artists, the other being Reinhard Schmid of Germany) to take place in Belgrade at the Kolarac gallery and later in Novi Sad at the Cultural center (where I exhibited before in a group show Antilogika Slike in 2015).

5 Years ago (2017) after I created this work at the Pigmalion Artist Colony - it is in the collection of the founder of Pigmalion, Gorazd Cuk who will lend it to this exhibition.

'Phoenix Collection Mihajlović' is an imposing, family collection, lovingly selected authentic paintings and drawings, which in the right way represents the best contemporary artists in Serbia. It combines representative works of renowned artists of different generations and sensibilities, successors of cultural heritage - in favor of the traditional, fantastic but also out-of-appearance. The uniqueness of this collection, which includes over 140 oil paintings and more than 50 drawings, lies in the refined, careful selection of individual works, from the rich opuses of contemporary painters.

​ The initiative comes from the company MatosCar, an automotive group present in the Portuguese cities of Guarda, Fundão, Castelo Branco, Portalegre, Évora and Beja. Official representatives of 24 brands.

​The  Arts and Entertainment Center (CAE) was opened in 2002. Large cultural structure (2 200 and 800 seat auditoriums - outdoor amphitheater, foyer, breakout rooms, studios, 4 exhibition halls) was thought of as a centrality with European Community funds and its programming tends to go through major national and international shows and this structure is also linked to other programming centers and events, in an anchor logic that disperses without losing continuity.
